Schools may enter a girls’ team or enter both divisions. Each team is expected to play at least three matches.

- KCVA collects only the minimum information needed to organize the event.
- KCVA does not provide individual accident or medical insurance.

- Final first-aid, evacuation, and emergency communication procedures will be published before the event.
